Meet Dr. Sarah

Testimonials

J.R

“I’ve done therapy, coaching, and hormone appointments but none of them were built for a neurodivergent brain. This felt different. I didn’t feel rushed, dismissed, or overwhelmed. I felt understood and supported the whole way through."

M.R.

“Dr. Sarah is amazing. She never pushes anything or makes you feel like you’re ‘doing it wrong.’ She helped me understand what was happening in my body and brain and honestly, who I am with so much clarity and respect.”

T.K

“I came in thinking something was wrong with me. I was exhausted, overstimulated, emotionally raw, and convinced I was failing at midlife.

This was the first space where nothing needed to be ‘fixed.’ I finally understood why my brain and body felt so out of sync and that understanding alone lifted so much shame.

The pace felt safe. The structure made sense. I didn’t fall behind or burn out. For the first time in years, I felt calm, capable, and hopeful about what comes next."

FAQs

Do I have to talk or turn my camera on?

No.
You can attend quietly, listen, or watch the replay. Participation is always optional.

This space is designed so you don’t have to perform to belong.

Will this tell me exactly what supplements or hormones to take?

We’ll teach how hormones and supplements work in neurodivergent systems, and how to recognize patterns that matter.

This is not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
The goal is clarity not guessing or copying someone else’s stack.

I’m worried this will be too much information.

That’s a valid concern.

This program is intentionally paced, with repetition, summaries, and optional worksheets. You don’t need to absorb everything at once.

You can come back to what you need, when you need it.
